Personal data refers to any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more specific elements of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data provided by you or personal data obtained by the controller in connection with fulfilling your order. The controller processes your identification and contact details and the data necessary for fulfilling the contract. -
Legal Grounds and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal ground for processing personal data is the fulfillment of a contract between you and the controller according to Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR, the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business communications and newsletters) under Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR, and your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing (especially for sending business communications and newsletters) under Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, in cases where no order for goods or services has been made.
The purpose of processing personal data is to handle your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; during an order, personal data necessary for the successful completion of the order is required (name, address, contact details). Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without which it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it. Personal data is also processed for sending business communications and conducting other marketing activities. The controller engages in automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

Data Retention Period
The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and for asserting claims from these contractual relationships (for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship). The data is retained for the period until consent for personal data processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than for 3 years if personal data is processed based on consent. After the expiration of the data retention period, the controller deletes the personal data. -

Recipients of personal data are persons involved in the delivery of goods/services and payment realization based on the contract, those providing services for the operation of the e-shop and related services, and those providing marketing services for the purpose of accounting for tax documents in accordance with the contract and legal obligations.
